For more than four generations Lee Longlands has helped discerning home owners furnish their homes to the highest quality. Today, Lee Longlands is still run as a family business. Robert Lee, a fourth generation family member continues with the original founders' belief, which remain the cornerstones of the business; to source and sell unique, quality products and provide a service which puts customers first.

We offer a fantastic range of home furnishings, from the latest trends to the more traditional, classical styles. In addition to furniture, we have a large selection of carpets, rugs, lighting and furnishing accessories, to complete the look. 1900's
In 1902, Robert Lee & George Longland formed “Lee Longlands”. 1907 saw Lee Longlands as the first store outside London to install “after hours” window display lighting, and by 1910, they were manufacturing furniture in their own cabinet works.
1930's & 1940's
In 1932, Lee Longlands build the Portland stone art deco store on Broad Street, Birmingham, which opened 6 months later in September. By 1940, the Birmingham store was used for storage of food rations durining the war and during war years, Lee Longlands sell 1,000's of miles of “Blackout” fabric as all domestic and commercial buildings needed to black windows out. Peter Longland (grandson of founder) joins company in 1945.
1950's
In 1950 Lee Longlands continues to develop a new accessory department. Michael Lee (grandson of founders) joins Lee Longlands in 1953, and in 1958, Margaret Lee (granddaughter of the founders) joins the company.
1960's
In 1962,Lee Longlands expand and build additional showrooms to the rear as well as opening a new baby department. Lee Longlands expand again in 1965, acquiring the corner site of Broad Street & Granville Street.
1970's
1970 saw the opening of a new car park on the site of the old carpet workrooms. New stores open in Cheltenham (1972), Redditch (1973) and in the Mander Centre -Wolverhampton (1974)
1990's & 2000's
Robert Lee (Great Grandson) joins the company in 1996. In 1998, Lee Longlands opens new store in the parade Leamington Spa, while 2002 saw the acquisition of 2 stores in Oxford, one being Vineys of Abingdon.
2010's
2012 saw Lee Longlands celebrate 110 years of retailing. In 2013 Lee Longlands Derby opens in the iconic “co-op” building, followed by a management buyout in 2015, with executive board members Darren Campo and Robert Lee having full decision making control over all group activities. This MBO ensures the retention of the leadership team and enables a longer term strategic focus. In 2016, Lee Longlands opens a store in Kidderminster.
